We work on appointments only.
This allows us to focus fully on your experience without interruptions.
Late arrivals will be asked to reschedule if the booking after yours will be affected.
Same day cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within an hour of your booking, or no-shows, are subject to a 100% booking fee.
